From the moment we met Mr Osama, we knew that was it. He was straightforward and honest and called us back only when he was able to find a unit for us. He respected our requirements and our budget and never even considered to offer something else (all of you know how agents work in Dubai). If you are asking 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown, they will try to sell you 4-bedroom villa in Dubai Hills). After we bought the unit, he helped us to get everything done by himself, even offering his personal time, personal car just to help us get things over the line. All happened according to the agreed deadline and I think I gained a friend for life. These 5 stars couldn’t express how we feel by encountering Osama and we appreciate so much what he did for us on always exciting journey while buying a property. Kudos to you Osama for going above and beyond for your clients.

Had a smooth experience selling an apartment with the help of Mr Osama Elsawy. I was well guided through every step of the process with honest advice along the way. Mr Osama also helped me with other queries, not directly related to the transaction.
