Tower

The Residences Towers is a complex of 9 buildings developed by Emaar properties located in Downtown Dubai, off Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd and close to The Dubai Mall. These towers were the first to be built in the new Dubai City Centre. They sit on a curving landscaped podium facing Burj Khalifa, the lake, and Burj Park. They are from The Residences Tower 1 to The Residences Tower 9 and vary in height from 24 to 41- storeys. There have a total of 1,056 apartments and 29 townhouses. The apartments consist of 1 to 4-bedroom configurations and penthouses. The penthouses only come in 3-bedroom configurations. The units are spacious and have modern luxurious furnishings. The towers make a completely self-contained community, with retail shops and cafes on the podium level. The Residences Towers are next to the corporate offices in Downtown Dubai’s Emaar Square, Boulevard Plaza, The Corporate Suites in Burj Khalifa, The Offices, and Al Saaha Offices in The Old Town Island.
